Resting, Sorting & Preparing Cigars for Packaging

When a Pegador/a finishes applying the wrapper, the cigar may look complete. But it is not yet ready to be banded, boxed, and shipped. Freshly made cigars need time to rest and stabilize. After that, they must be inspected, sorted, and organized before they can move into final packaging. This stage is less visible than cigar making, but it is an important bridge between production and the finished product your customer eventually receives.
